Northland Christian Counseling Center (NCCC) is an inter-denominational ministry designed to supplement the work of Christian churches in the Greater Grand Forks area and surrounding community. It was established by the Greater Grand Forks area Evangelical Pastors' Fellowship and is governed by a board made up of pastors, lay persons, and professionals.
NCCC is incorporated under the laws of North Dakota as a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation and depends, in part, on contributions of friends. Client fees cover only part of our expenses. Stephen Seay
Stephen holds a master's degree in counseling from Cal State San Bernadino and from Colorado Christian University and a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of North Dakota. He spent 18 years on staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. Along with his case load, Stephen is the Director of Northland Christian Counseling Center. Stephen and his wife, Laureen, have three children and live in Grand Forks.

Randy Slavens Randy holds a master's degree in social work from the University of North Dakota and a bachelor's degree in social work from Minot State University. He is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in North Dakota and Minnesota. Randy has worked with children and families in North Dakota since 1991. Randy lives with his wife and children in Grand Forks. |

Renae Broden
Renae holds a master's degree in social work from the University of North Dakota, and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She has over 20 years of professional experience involving individual, group, marital, and family work, as well as community education. Renae has been a part of Northland Christian Counseling Center since its early development in 1991. She became an associate in 1998, continuing to the present. Renae resides in Grand Forks with her husband Mark and their children.

Marna Klug
Marna is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in North Dakota and Minnesota who loves to journey with people who desire a renewed passion for life. With master's degrees in Counseling and Education from the University of North Dakota (UND) and a bachelor's degree from Concordia Collage in Moorhead, Marna counsels individuals seeking assistance for a variety of issues, including relationship, co-dependency, anger, grief and depression. She also has been employed as a personal and career counselor for UND since 1994. Marna resides in East Grand Forks with her husband and son. |

Bobbi Jo Brenner
Bobbi Jo holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Denver and a bachelor's degree in social work, with a minor in rehabilitation, from the University of North Dakota. During her graduate work, Bobbi interned at Colorado Christian University, counseling students. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in North Dakota. Bobbi has also received training from the American Association of Christian Counselors in a program called "Caring for People God's Way". Bobbi was married to Willi Brenner May, 2006 and they reside in Grand Forks.

Kathleen Peterson
Kathleen is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in North Dakota. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services with an emphasis in Deafness, both degrees from the University of North Dakota (UND). Kathleen has worked at UND for 17 years in the office of Disability Services and more recently for the University Counseling Center at UND. Kathleen and her husband are appreciative, life-long residents of the Red River Valley. |
