Everyone has God given talents and strengths that at times get lost in suffering and pain.  I view it a privilege to walk alongside people in their journey and help them work to find ways to not just survive but thrive in all they do.  

Tom is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor (LMAC), and Certified LPCC Supervisor (LPCC-S).  Tom’s clinical treatment expertise focuses on a range of mental health areas such as addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment disorders and couples .  Tom uses treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Behavior Therapy (SFBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Tom graduated from North Dakota State University with a Master of Education in Counseling.  In addition to the license above, Tom graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Ph.D. in Educational Foundations and Research.
